Celebrating Grandparents Day — Sunday, September 13, 2026 💛
This Grandparents Day, Abbeyfield Canada celebrates grandparents and older adults across our communities — the storytellers, mentors, neighbours and friends who enrich our lives through their experience, wisdom and friendship.
At Abbeyfield, we know that some of the most meaningful moments are often the simplest: sharing a meal, enjoying a cup of tea, looking through old photographs, telling a favourite story, or simply spending time together.
On September 13, we encourage everyone to connect with a grandparent or an older person who has made a difference in your life. Give them a call, share a visit, write a note, or take time to listen to a story.
Happy Grandparents Day from the Abbeyfield Canada family! 🇨🇦🏡
